Professor Dr. Ismail is an experienced former Vice-Chancellor, Dean and Head of Department. A senior academic with a proven track record in higher education. Strong skills in teaching, university administration, public speaking, project management, peace-building, economic development, quality assurance, international relations, leadership and strategic planning. Strong educational professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) and Postdoctoral Fellow focusing on Post Conflict Development from the University of Bradford. Has been a visiting professor at Management – Malaysia and Science University and an honorary professor at Shenyang Aerospace University, China.
